Prayers Please ♡

Normally I can dig deep and find hope (be reminded by Christ and my life in Him, the life that CANNOT be stolen away by trials) to help me adjust to the “Big Trial” – basically several months out of the whole year, where I am house/bed bound.

Lately, it has been hard. The joy isn’t there. The discouragement is there instead. Tonight, my pain is severe and greatly affecting my body.

Please pray. While some may be rejoicing in the cooler weather, remember those who are struggling. I don’t know how I will make it through Summer. It is a daunting thought right now. I am overwhelmed.

But, my hope will come around as I think on these verses and spend time crying out to the Lord.

My Summer Scriptures:

“You are cleansed and pruned already, because of the word which I have given you [the teachings I have discussed with you].

Dwell in Me, and I will dwell in you. [Live in Me, and I will live in you.]

Just as no branch can bear fruit of itself without abiding in (being vitally united to) the vine, neither can you bear fruit unless you abide in Me.

I am the Vine; you are the branches.

Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit.

However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing (John 15:3‭-‬5 AMPC).”

Hi My friend. My prayers are with you and, more importantly, God is with you through difficult times. Isaiah 41:10 -“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Remember you are not alone. ❤️ Julie

I need this SO much tonight, Julie!! I am feeling the weight of Summer’s difficulties. But, hanging in there!! Definitely need to add Isaiah 41:10 to my arsenal of Scriptures for times of trial. I have to remember to write those out tomorrow. :D
