Goals for May 24 – 30

Do: So tonight, I have begun a 3-4 week sabbatical from Facebook. Y. e. a. h. I need to stay consistent in this area. I could accomplish so much physically and in my walk with Christ – if I could stick with staying away from Facebook over the coming weeks. Feel free to pray with and for me about that. Here are some basic things I hope to do this week:

  • In addition to staying caught up on dishes as I am physically able to, I really want to slowly work toward cleaning other areas that need to be cleaned up.

These other two areas are self-explanatory:

  • Rest more.
  • Write more.


  • Spiritually Strong by Kristen Feola
  • Continue in my current Bible study. I want to continue in it daily, just writing as I go through the study – with no worries about how it looks or how tired I am. I just want to be able to get into the Word of God.

Learn: I have a ton of things I need to learn. At the top, for this week, would be the realization of where my time is better spent. I want to limit the distractions that can cause me to forget what I need to be doing. It’s not that it is bad things necessarily, but being reminded of the impact my time and efforts can have on others.

Be: calm. I need to be calm. This past week has been pretty stressful, so I need to allow this to be a calming season. While I face the unknown, I can trust my Creator who walks with me. Through His Spirit, God will allow me to experience His peace and presence – that will calm my soul like nothing else.
